I just started using lyft instead of Uber, On * separate occasions last week when I used my debit card to pay for my lyft rides both times Lyft took their fee out automatically after Lyft received their fee Lyft somehow had my whole account on hold for with all of my money! How and why was this done when Lyft was paid in full? Because this happened I got stuck and had to walk *.* miles home from Wilkesbarre PA to Pittston PA! I had Lyft take me from Pittson to Wilkesbarre and when I wanted to go back to Pittston my account was on hold so I couldn't pay for a ride with my Debit card or even use my account for that matter until * days later!!! I don't understand how a company can put someone's account on hold after they take their fees out, Lyft was paid for so why put my account on hold!!! This didn't happen just once it was two separate times last week! I would like at least one of my rides reimbursed if not both because I had to walk over * hrs home because of this.
