I am really upset with lyft and if this isn't fixed I dont think I'll be riding with you all anymore.**I have had a debit card linked to the account money has been coming out for ride just fine when one day im late for work because you all won't accept it all of a sudden.**I added a different card and here you go back and charge me on the **th for two previous rides. The card on my account was not prepared for the charges that you should have already taken and now has me account in danger. You charged this account without permission. I gave you access to the other card for those rides. Now I am in a bind and I need the money for those rides released immediately.**Also today your driver picked me up with dog hair all over his car, it got on my clothes and in my freaking mouth, I still feel disgusting here * hours later. And to thank me after that you charge my account and give me some little funky $* credit. **Now I'm at work where I need to look nice and I freaking smell like a husky and have its hair all over me. I work on commission. My appearance is everything for me to make a sale. Lyft your all have been ridiculous lately. You are not the same company I wrote about in college with the competitive advantage over uber. At this point I want me money back and driver with some class sent to me or ill rather just pay extra and go with uber.. I guess you get what u pay for. At least the drivers there won't humiliate me about my apartment gate being broken and say they i should get a discount on rent based on the neighborhood that i live in. Which I oay good **** money more. Probably better than his with his nasty *** car.. oh and lastly he didn't even wear a freaking mask. I want the money you took out of my account for the two late charged to a different card back NOW!
