I am disputing the amount of charges for a ride on September **th at *:**am. I scheduled a ride that day for *:** am. I ended up canceling the ride because it was extremely late and would have made me ** minutes late to work . As it was I was * minutes late to work with the next driver. Were I work I can be fired for being late. Lyft scheduled rides have made me late * times and almost a third time in less then three weeks. I have been a loyal Lyft rider for * years and have spent over * thousand dollars during that time. I need someone to call me to discuss this serious matter. There is also something going on at the Detroit office for over a year, it only got even worse in March. I do not drive and your service is very important to me. If this matter can not be resolved I will talk to a lawyer. So will you please give me a phone call, my phone number is ***-***-****. I am very displeased with the service I have been receiving. Thank you for your time.
