Hello there. This is Robert Land Kligerman. I just received an email yesterday saying that my account has been deactivated due to my recent customers complaining about my driving. But, this makes no sense at all. I haven’t used my account*gone online or driven for lyft in quite a few months now. And the last time I went online I had * stars across the board, and nothing but good remarks*feedback from all my customers. So, I’m wondering how I could be deactivated, when I haven’t even driven for lyft in months. I was planning on driving again as soon as this COVID problem was a bit more under control* very soon actually. So, I really need to get to the bottom of this, as I was planning on driving FT too. Anyway, how can I get to the bottom of this? Where can I see the proof of bad remarks, which again makes no sense considering I haven’t even gone online since maybe January or February? I can’t remember exactly when it was. But, it was a while ago. So, please, who can I contact regarding this issue? Or how can I solve this issue in order to become reactivated?**Thank you & best regards,*Robert Kligerman
