After securing a driver to pick me up at my destination and still waiting a few minutes after locking up work, followed by standing in the rain the driver "Jaco" called me from a Florida phone number and told me I was a "*******" creep with just my first initial and to "**** myself upon hanging up. I didn't even get a word in and I sure had plenty. I couldn't get ahold of Lyft and could barely work my phone standing out in the downpour. Luckily Uber came through with a driver * minutes away instead of **. I hope you can do something to resolve the situation as I'm now sick with hopefully a cold but have to miss work until my covid ** test comes back negative. This is a big deal for me and I'd like some answers please. If Jaco is still a driver for you it's a shame and if I'm the first one to report such incident, I hope I'm the last. Your company has plenty of great drivers and I hope a heavy dose of karma go to Jaco and loss of a job. He or whatever it thinks of itself is far beyond worthless and I hope the company takes full stride to make things right. This man personally cost me my health and potentially a job. I only hope nobody else has to suffer consequences I did and hope Mr." Jaco" gets ***x more backlash and terrible karma. Worst Lyft experience I'll ever have. Please do something about it and let me know as soon as possible, I'm ready to take this to corporate as well.
