You can also dispute a charge through the app. Once logged in, look up your ride under Your Trips, select the ride that you wish to dispute, then click "I would like a refund" and then select the reason for the refund request.

Greeting*I request a lyft this morning from **** S Military Lakeworth Apt ***, ***** to **** Hawaiian Ave Boyton Beach , I waited for **mins then the driver called my cellphone to tell me that he cannot find my address and it seems he went the wrong way, he then told me he was at my apartment and i have been in the complex outside from *:**am and he has not arrived, when I call him he start getting angry and use the following lady I have been outside waiting and don't see you, you know **** YOU, now that was rude ....i cancel the ride and request a new ride which the driver came within ** mins and took me to my destination....why should my account be charged $* knowing the driver let the GSP took him the WRONG ADDRESS THEN HE BEING RUDE TO ME USING CURSED WORDS, I NEED MY MONEY BACK AND I AM GONNA TAKE LEGAL ACTIONS
