I used Lyft for the first time a few weeks ago while my son and I were on vacation in Orlando Florida. I have so many bad things that happened to me with this company I probably won’t have enough room. **First a Lyft driver charged my dang card a crazy fee for his seats getting damp because we were stuck in a hail storm outside sea world for an hour. He was so rude he almost drove away and wouldn’t give us a ride and I’m a single young girl with a little * year old stranded in a storm in a town we don’t know my phone was dead and completely soaked. **Next, On our way back to the airport to come home we missed our flight because our Lyft driver did not understand any English and did not know what building we were in because of not understanding English and drove all over the complex and we never made it to On our way back to the airport to come home we missed our flight because our Lyft driver did not understand any English and did not know what building we were in because of not understanding English and drove all over the complex and we never made it to our scheduled flight because of this. **Last one of your Lyft drivers was a total creep and it took us WAY LONG to get to our destination.
