I am a senior citizen living in Santa monica. So far I have been charged @*** times without any reason!!*On Dec *nd I called Lyft from the senior *center at **** ocean ave. at * p.m. I was*standing right in front of the old established building looking for every car.*No lyft at all. I got a message saying *I will be charged $* for NO SHOW.*After ** mins I called Lyft again. Again same story.Lyft said he was waiting. I kept running back and forth right side and left side in heavy crowd. I got tired.*I got a msg to say They are taking another $* for NO SHOW.*I took the big blue bus to get home.**Again on Dec **th I called Lyft from*Traders Joe on Pico Bl at about * p.m.*I was standing right in front at the entrance with my cart full of groceries. Lyft arrived and started intimidating saying he will leave in one min. I started running with my cart all around the parking lot and went to the other entrance.All my struggle to locate Lyft was in VAIN. Lyft sent me a msg saying*he is going to charge $* I was terribly disappointed. I called yellow cab and got home. Your taking money for no fault of mine is ridiculous and INJUSTICE!!!*Calling lyft has become a NIGHTMARE*
