The issue in GetHuman-arsriva's own words
I was in Chicago and was headed to the airport in a shared ride. The driver had mixed up the other two riders and confirmed pick up on the person that he had not picked up and vice versa. He spent an extra *-** minutes driving around the city to figure this out* as a rider, I was getting late to the airport and do not believe that I should have to be stressed by the driver bickering with a passenger and telling that passenger that he cannot get a free ride and then trying to find the other passenger. **Due to this, I called Lyft that afternoon and spoke to a member of your team. This member said that I would be receiving a $** coupon in my email. However, I have not received it yet. Is there anyway you could check on that for me?
