Someone is somehow using my Lyft account in Los Angeles, while I'm out of State in Utah. I just got a call from a Lyft driver in L.A. who thought he was picking me up. The last Lyft I used was on November **th which took me to the airport. And I used one this morning in Provo Utah. The following are not rides I took or approved. As far as I knew nobody but me should use my account and I haven't given the info to anybody. I have been in Utah since the **th of November and I'm not due back in Los Angeles until the **th of December. Yet I am being billed by Lyft for the following rides in L.A. *Nov. **th at **:** pm for $**.***Dec. *nd at *:** pm for $*.***And today Dec. *th at *:**pm for $*.** and if you check. You will see I took a ride to the LAX airport on the **th of November whereupon I flew to Utah and this morning I used a Lyft in Provo Utah. So somebody is using my account in L.A. So please take the above listed L.A. rides off my bill. I shouldn't have to pay for rides that I haven't taken. Also, do you have a customer service line where one can talk to a human about such things? Because I don't know how to handle this. Until this I have been extremely pleased using Lyft for rides to and from the airport. And I need to use it upon my return on Dec. **th. But don't want to pay for rides I didn't get. And without talking to someone I don't know how I can stop whomever is using my account from using it without causing me a problem using Lyft here in Utah or on my return to L.A. on the **th. Please return the monies from the rides that weren't mine (listed above) and please advise as to how I can deal with this. My name is Kevin Cronin and I can be reached by cell phone at ***-***-****.
