The issue in GetHuman-evonebro's own words
I called for a Lyft ride ******** at *.** PM at *** Clinton Street in Brooklyn. The driver never came to *** Clinton Street or *** Clinton Street. I had to call for another ride I just came from the doctor's for an asthma attack. The second driver came right to the location I requested. This is the second time this has happened to me. The first time was at my job at *** Church Street. I called them to come to *** Church the driver was on Park place. I called another time for *** Church Street again the driver was on Park Place around the corner I had to run around the corner to get to him. The first one I called never showed up. I was charged for that one also. One driver told me it was to much d traffic to come in front of *** church Street. Your drivers are lazy and the don't come to the destination that I called for. Please do something about the charge. I already paid for two rides that I was there for and the diver wasn't.**Thank you
