I had a horrible experience trying to arrange a ride. Their App is not user friendly and when trying to schedule a ride didn't let me set when to be picked up and had * drivers sent at same time. Got first driver to cancel ride and she said scheduled it for the date and time I wanted only to not show up and made me scrabble for alternative ride to the event. Second driver chatted too long with me so I got charged $*.** cancellation fee before the ride got cancelled. I disputed it to only be given a $*.** credit on my Lyft account which I never plan to use. I'm furious about how this company operates and want someone to contact me asap or else I'll be talking to the better business about this ordeal!
