Hi! My name is Casey Fitzgerald and I'm trying to get in contact with someone in order to resolve a billing issue. My co-worker Adam Cronin has a account with you and he ordered * Lyfts this morning to get me to work. Not * of those * cars showed up. I was literally outside on my steps waiting for the Lyft to arrive and nobody came. The lyfts were called at *:**, *:** and *:**. Adam was still charged $* for each one of them and nobody showed up. Obviously, if he called * different times for the same location there is an issue. There has never been a issue like this before but this particular incident caused a lot of problems. He would like a refund for each of the $* charges. What can be done to resolve this matter?
