Terrible experience with a “driver”. As a woman he made me very uncomfortable and was threatening. While loading my bags at the Atlanta airport he was repeatedly getting on to me for being in the wrong zone. I explained that I was not aware of the zones and he then mid load said to me “you know I don’t need this, I don’t need the trouble and I don’t need you” and started to the driver side! I quickly set into unloading so that he couldn’t pull away with my bags. This left me very distressed and feeling vonurable as a woman traveling on my own. Terrible experience and wildly inappropriate. Please explain to me the policies Lyft has for removing drivers that “don’t need us “ as consumers? *Christy Collins
