The issue in GetHuman-sasilvia's own words
I had two drivers both this morning and this afternoon both going to and coming back from my college who acted very unprofessionally. the driver this morning clearly did not know where he was going, because when I told him three or four times where to go, he kept acting like he didn't know where he was going, and tried to take me to the main campous. even when I told him where to drop me off right by the bus barn, the driver in question didn't even figure he had to turn into the parkinglot to drop me off. the driver coming back to my apartment complex this after noon when I clearly told him where to drop me off at the ramp by the overhang in the back of the building, he kept asking me what ramp do i drop you off at, and where do i go. I would like a refund for both of these rides, sense the drivers acted so unprofessionally or I will be filing a complaint with the erie police department to resolve this issue.
