To Whom it concern***I schedule a Lyft ride for the first time for today but never got confirmation so a *** hour ago and check and nothing. After reading your APP, it appeared I needed to request button.**But rather responding my scheduled ride they thought they should come immediately. I immediately cancelled the request with seconds of request.**Then I followed up with a call and stated to the driver, who appeared not to understand english well, I stated that I had just made a request but also immediately cancel request but was not sure they got so I wanted follow up with a call.**They seem to understand but then in about * minutes I started to get texts saying they were close and then here at my home. I immediately out see them but no one was here.**Five minutes later, they are stating they are charging me $* * for not showing up.**I called, once again, the driver said I needed to contact the corporate office to correct the mistake.**Again, this is my first time so I would appreciate you not charging me anything because I did everything that was expected. Even going out to curb to speak to driver who said he was here but he wasn't. I thought maybe I had put in incorrect address into signing up for the APP but NO, it was the correct address.**Robert
