my client is a Lyft customer Barbara Elliott *** ***-**** she was recently in New York requested Lyft the driver went to the wrong address his gps did not pick up my client where she was waiting and she was charged $**.** Lyft cancel fee to her Amex*****. **My client wants a refund this was not her fault and since this there have been two more situations that she is being billed for and never made the requests. **Situation ** & * *This morning she received two calls * notifications that Lyft has arrived to pick her up at a New York location and she is not in New York. She was charged another $**.** twice to same credit card Amex***** in addition to the first charge in New York. NOw Lyft has charged my client a total of $**.** none of which are ok. **We would like this resolved as soon as possible. **Please resolve this matter
