We scheduled a Lyft days in advance of our departure to the airport and all was fine until we were notified that our driver had arrived. We were already waiting outside and as he drove by he shook his head and said something through the window. We couldn't hear him so we followed him to the stop sign at the corner to find out that Ali didn't want to bring us because he didn't want to drive as far as the airport. The way he handled it was extremely rude and had we not already been outside I imagine we might never had known why the driver decided to cancel. Also, we scheduled the ride days in advance in order to avoid this kind of situation. We imagined scheduling a ride would mean the driver would know where we were going. Lastly, it being a ride to the airport made it extremely stressful to have him cancel right as he drove up as we had timed everything to coincide with our departure.
GetHuman-katangel did not yet indicate what Lyft should do to make this right.
