This is about the ride with Edgar on Oct ** at *:** pm. This was his first day driving with Lyft, which he told me. He was driving me to Newark Airport which he clearly was not familiar with the roads there. We were circling around Newark making one wrong turn, after another, after another We sometimes were going in the opposite direction and we had to turn the car fully around! ACheck your GPS records on him I’ve never given a driver a one star on Lyft and he was the first one. My estimate for the ride was $** and it came out to be more than $**. I’d like to get a refund or the difference refunded. Also for future reference, please do a better job of screening your drivers who come on board!!
