I ordered cab at *:**pm waited in front of a closed datk school and he never arrived. I saw on the app, that the driver, Nodeiu, canceled. I called him, as I stood out in front of pick up spot *** Hoyt St. He said he was at the corner, I walked to corner, and his vehicle was not there. I then see he charged me *.** for the ride that I did not take or miss on my own behalf.**I would like a refund and a report of rhis driver, as I am sure this is not the first time he missed a fare and still recieved payment, if its easy to say the passenger was not around. If I am at the apps requested pick up location and there is no immediate traffic henderance, shoukd the driver make the customer first walk to a new location at night and then charge them for no service?
GetHuman-songisg did not yet indicate what Lyft should do to make this right.
