Lyft charged my card for a ride I wasn't in town to take this has happened a couple of times and I didn't even have an account legit with them but charge was **.** than after I was suppose to get promo code after issues of the said before problem of **.** up to credit they charged my card after saying i. Get the promo amount of **.** I'm so tired of jumping thru hoops as I've tried making contact only told nothing and card being charged I'm over this and so very very very very very very very very angry *I want these amounts put back to my card and am apology for trusting them only to be taken in and made to feel like a horses *** my name is Shannon gill my number is *** *** **** and my card need in **** the charges are on Oct **th **** and Oct **th **** I m done and await for reimbursement
