I called for a ride today October **th ****. I was scheduled a ride. I had the name of the driver Joe, who has a Honda and he was supposed to be at my house in * minutes this was *:** a.m. this morning. When Joe didn't show up I called him he said he was on the way, another * minutes went by and I called him again. He then said he was scheduled to pick up or another passenger, and he was not coming to pick me up. I accepted that, even though I was kind of upset about it because I had to get to work. I then attempted to request another ride. I couldn't access Lyft reservation screen the previous driver Joe's information was on my screen and would not leave. I turned my phone off and back on three times the information was frozen there and I was not able to access the window to make another reservation. I lost $** today because I was not at work today. I want Lyft to reimburse me and I want to know why my screen was frozen and I couldn't request another Lyft. No other application was frozen like that, I went into my Google, I went into my Instagram, went into my Facebook and those were available to me. I tried to go into Lyft and the original driver information was still there with a sign saying arriving * hours after I last spoke to him. This kind of service is highly unacceptable and not professional at all. I don't know who cancelled the ride. I don't know if the driver cancelled the ride or if Lyft Administration canceled. Somebody cost me a day's pay and I would like to be reimbursed. I'd like this looked into immediately. Please return my call, oh and why doesn't Lyft have a *** number to directly speak with someone when needed? Suppose we were in an accident and I needed to call Lyft to report this accident or suppose the driver was incapacitated. There needs to be an immediate *** number that the riders can access at all times. This is Olivia Moore my telephone number is ***-***-****, please contact me as soon as possible.
