We ordered a Lyft ride and a woman named Alejandra was asigned to us, after some time we realized the driver stopped so we called her to ensure she was on her way and she told us with a very rude tone in a disrespectful manner that we need to wait. we watched her pass out location multiple times and called back, she said we need to walk to the top of the road because her gps was acting up, (her route was clearly marked on how to get to us) after walking to the top of a large hill she was still nowhere to bw found, we then realized she is either new*incompetant or scamming us our of the canclation fee, I called back and requested her to jusg cancel and she continued to state she wont that she needs to get paid and needs the money, I have never exsperienced worse service, I spend hundreds of Dollars using lift and have never been disrespected more by a employee of the company.. she stated the $* cancellation fee is not her problem and she needs the money, she then began using curse words when I asked for another driver, I eventually had to hang up and cancel the ride myself, Although we werent charged aate charge if this employee is not held accountable for her breach in Lyfts contract as well as potential theft I will not be using Lyft again.. please ensure this employee is held to the same standard as other drivers and taken off the road agter a incedent like that.
