This evening I called a lyft to the San Francisco airport, and went to the designated lyft waiting zone at terminal *, parking garage level * zone D allowing plenty of time. I then waited ** minutes while driver after driver drove in the wrong direction, ignored my calls, and eventually canceled the ride and I waited to be reconnected to another driver. When I contacted the drivers I got no response to calls or texts. To further aggravate the situation one of the drivers I was initially connected with picked up someone else while I waited an additional ** minutes for a ride. I’m incredibly frustrated by this situation as I lost so much time waiting late at night after a long flight, and hope lyft compensates me in some way. I have enjoyed using lyft up to this point and I hope this experience confirms lyft’s Customer service quality.
