I am a rider of Lyft months. as you can see in the history. And went into my account today and there was $*** taken out of my account. For something called a subscription I don't even know what that is I don't know what that is about is!!! I want my subscription cancelled and I want my refund you put me in the negative $** now my fiance just passed away two months and I cannot afford to go through losing that much money please get back to me at ***-***-**** and explain to me what you're going to do about it. The only thing I can think of was my two or three drivers before lost my address and I didn't know how to get to where I was going so they asked to borrow my phone he could follow my map then he changed something. That is the only time I think something could have happened
