Due to recent Hurricane Michael, I was exoeriencing technical issues with the Lyft Platform on Saturday, October **th. It seems as if something was wrong with the connection between the Lyft Platform and the cell phone tower for Sprint (my carrier). I picked up a few young ladies from Chipotle Mexican Grill off Temple Avenue (Colonial Heights, VA) at approximately *:** pm and drove them to their destination of VA State University (Petersburg,VA). However, once I dropped them off and tried to confirm dropoff, the platform would bot allow me to do so, and then I was disconnected from the Lyft Platform. I tried mutiple times to reconnect with no success. Nevertheless, when I later reviewed my earnings, discovered that the rider was charged $**.** for **.** miles (** min, ** sec), when they should have only been actually charged for about * miles (about a ** min drive, with traffic and traffic stops). I am asking that you adjust accordingly* the customer should not have been charged this much. *Ride Receipt *: *bc****a**d****bfa***a*c
