This morning at approximately **** am. I requested a lyft ride. The drivers name was Orlando. I was having issues typing in my destination on my phone. He said he couldn't take Mr anywhere till I typed in my destination and refused to take me. I have never had issues with any other drivers when this happened. I simply pointed out how to get to my destination and everything was fine. I subsequently found out Orlando charged me for that ride even though I said OK never mind and exited his vehicle.
