They are taking cancel fees out of my account and i don't understand why Because it's not my felt that they don't know were there going I had a ride yesterday And her name was Deborah she was driving a Ford Taurus XKV*** And she was at the wrong place So she told me to cancel But I didn't know how and beside it wasn't my felt that she didn't know were she was going So I don't think that lyft should have charge me a cancel fee And than they took *.** out of my account for what I don't know So I had to get another ride And her name was Michelle this was driving a Ford Escape ****** So they surppose to have charge me **.** but they hadn't took it out of my account yet I accidentally put in for a ride but I didn't get the ride And they took **.** out of my account and I didn't get the ride And this just happen So I will appreciate if you can put my money back in my account if you all need to get in touch with me my phone number is *** -***-** ** and my name is faye thank you
