Saturday the *th I scheduled a ride in Madison WI with a Lyft driver, We were told he would be there in ** min, as he arrived ** min later and we got into the car he said he just cancelled the trip, Seems that he cancelled ours for $**.** and switched his phone over to Uber. Reason he switch was the Badger game got over and the Uber fare was over $**.** why would he take us, and he left us stranded, we got another Lyft driver to take us. The driver in Madison his name is Lenoard he drove a silver Nissan * door and the first part of his licenses started with ***. I know you can track this driver on my account. I may never use lyft if what he told us is true, that he can cancel if he wants to. Not good service.
