Dear Lyft -* I have been picked up at the San Jose , CA airport at the same designated share ride stop at least two dozen times. I was waiting there yesterday for my ride which the app indicated had arrived. I called the driver. He was about *** yards away at the wrong spot. I explained he just needed to come forward to where I was waiting. He refused to believe I knew what I was talking about. He said he’d get a $*** fine for picking me up at the wrong place. I said all kinds of people were getting picked up where I was and that he was at the wrong location. We went back and forth but I couldn’t convince him. He finally left, not even apologizing for his rude and confused behavior. My next ride picked me up, of course, right where I was. * Tell the first driver he needs to learn the San Jose airport. Tell him to learn to listen to customers, especially ones who are at the same airport every *-* weeks. * Thanks. I like Lyft and a loyal customer. But you’ve got to keep drivers to a higher standard. Driver was named James *TRH*** Hyundai Sonata. * John Kadvany.
