Buenos d*as les escribo porque hace dos d*as al revisar mi cuenta de banco me doy cuenta que me han descontado $ * pesos por una cancelaci*n de viaje que hizo el chofer Daniel el ** de agosto a las *.** pm y la que considero es injusta ya que yo lo estaba esperando en el lugar indicado el estacionamiento frente al Walmart con mi compa*era de viaje que yo hab*a puesto dos personas yo y una amiga y el lleg* al lugar con dos pasajeras en la parte de atr*s de su auto abri* la ventanilla y me dijo que no hab*a espacio para mi amiga y yo en su auto y que yo cancelar* y pidiera otro, le dije que no iba a cancelar porque ya hac*a ** minutos yo estaba esperando por el y que me cobrar*an los * pesos , se molesto y me dijo que el s*lo hac*a dos minutos que hab*a llegado le dije que yo era cliente diaria de lift y que conoc*a perfectamente como funcionaba y cerr* su ventanilla y se march* y a los minutos me cancel* poniendo que yo no estaba en el lugar de recogida y eso el sabe que no es cierto , tuve que pedir otro y volver a esperar ** minutos m*s para poderme ir , pero adem*s de todo tambi*n que me descuenten los * pesos por la irresponsabilidad y deshonestidad de este chofer, gracias
