The issue in GetHuman-mdelagui's own words
I did a shared ride. My lyft driver accepted and he was parked at the gas station. He was getting gas. **This pisses me off. I’m over it. I’m sick of drivers always doing stuff like this. If they aren’t actively picking up drivers and driving, then they need to not accept or be on the app if they’re taking care of their own personal business. These kinds of issues have caused me to be late to work, late to appointments, and this time I had to run a few blocks away just to meet him before my ride expired (because it said he was leaving in a ** seconds if I didn’t get in the car). Excuse my language but I’m not paying for that **** anymore. This and the drivers that like to accept and drive in opposite directions from pick up spots are what make me want to letitigate. Contact me so I can specify the ride and get my refund on it, please.
