Hi, I just wanted to notify you of a wonderful driver you have. It was about *:** am and I was trying to get a Lyft home, I accidentally sent the Lyft to the opposite side of the building at Boston Medical Center and couldn’t connect with my driver on time so the ride was canceled. As I was trying to call my driver before the ride canceled my phone had died on me. As I was walking back to the building the driver pulled around the corner and asked if I was Destiny, the rider he was waiting for (which I was) he asked where I was going which was Dorchester and he said he’ll do the trip for me as long as I give him directions. He was very kind to do so seeing the ride had been canceled. When we reached my destination I asked if there was anybody I can call so he can’t get something out of the ride and he said no there was no number to call he just wanted to make sure I got home safe. This was an act of pure kindness that shouldn’t go unnoticed and I can’t thabk him enough. His name was Dedric, he drove a red Nissan Altima, license plate number *SR***, this incident was on August **, **** at *:** am. Again this was an act of pure kindness and he should be praised for this. Most drivers wouldn’t care to make sure a rider they don’t know personally got home safe.
