On August **, **** at *:** PM I was picked up from LaGuardia Airport to take me to St. James New York. As we continued on the ride my driver started falling asleep at the wheel so I was trying to keep him awake by talking to him about different things. But he continue to fall asleep and sway to the middle isle back and forth. when I said to him You’re falling asleep at the wheel he jokingly said I’m sleep driving. Now, if that was you or your wife or your husband or your child or your parent in that car with their life in someone else’s hands how would you feel? I have gotten no satisfaction from this company I have a numerous amount of complaints for this company. What kind of a customer service doesn’t have a phone number? And when you do call you get hung up on or cut you off or they can’t help you. Are you getting that many complaints that you had to cut yourself off from the world? My next letter is going to be to the Better Business Bureau and on social media I will let them know what I think of the your company. I spent $*** to get home safely which I did and I thank the Lord for that but the only reason I’m alive is because I was the one who kept the driver awake. Now the first gentleman I spoke to said he was going to give me a $** coupon and I ask you do you think that’s fair? And do you really think that I could forgive this incident after the way you handle your business? Would you rather have paid my family life insurance at the event of my death?
