This afternoon, I requested transportation from Lyft as everyday. I was sent a driver that was lost and never show up. The other driver that came in went to the wrong address. I gave her a courtesy call and I was under the impression that since she was across the street, she was coming. I looked at my phone and she was leaving in the opposite direction. I called her again. She keep saying that the gps said something else and arguing with an attitude. I told her that I was going to cancel but before I cancel, I guess that she cancelled first. I then called Lyft again, and got Peter. Peter has always been friendly and on time. I have decided to delete my Lyft account if you are not willing to refund me the $*.**. It's the principle. I spent too much money on Lyft and if you cannot accommodate me as a paying passenger then I don't need your services.
