I was trying to book a second ride but the first one had not finished processing. ... I took Lyft to an appointment. The appointment was very brief. I wanted to order a second Lyft afterwards but when I tried to request a Lyft ride I got an error message saying the first ride was still processing. I tried for an HOUR to book a ride but ended up having to take a taxi which was twice the price of Lyft. That was bad enough but equally frustrating is that your online "Help" was NO help at all. It has absolutely NO WAY for me to either talk with someone or to find out how to order a second Lyft ride while the first one is processing. I'm very upset and seriously thinking of changing to Uber.
This was especially frustrating because I could not book a ride AND there was no one to contact AND their online 'help' section did not offer a category for my issue. I was out of state when this happened.
I want to talk to someone. AND I want to know how to order a second ride if the first is still processing. AND I want to know how long it takes to process a ride after it's finished. AND I want to their IT personnel to add a category to their online help site like 'other' so I can register my issue when it's happening. AND I want them to add a live chat feature to their online help page. AND I want a phone number to call if something should happen in the future.
A few years.
When I got home (from being out of state which is where this happened) I had to go online to research a contact for them and all I could find is this service 'get human'. I don't even know who you are, but at least you're in touch with me about this issue.
