I request for Lyft * days ago the Lyft driver not only drove away from my destination It was cancelled out because he was riding away from the destination not even coming in my direction by no means I waited over ** minutes to see what he's ever going to turn back around never turn back around he end up canceling his self out I was charged I request again for another left this guy came Pass the location and continued on never once turned around I cancelled him out but I was assuming that Lyft will cancel him out once it was shown the on the screen that he never was coming in my direction when I tried to contact him it went straight to voicemail never once did he pick up I needed him to pick up the phone so he could cancel it out because I cannot request for another ride. He never wants canceled it out and eventually it let me cancel it and charge me again so not only that I was I charged * times and never received the ride I was waiting over ** minutes for a ride I'm so displeased with Lyft I've been having an issue for the past * months with different rides and getting a request and getting these drivers to come to the correct address at this point I'm so displeased with left that I'm about to uninstall Lyft app and go with Uber top of that when I started using left about * months ago maybe last month I requested for a ride three different occasions where the drivers couldn't find my location at work and they would not find me they didn't want to find me so Not only was money taken out of my account I didn't even get the service for money that I paid to Lyft and never got service I'm so displeased with lyft with all the money that I spend with this company you would think I was to get better service then what I'm getting
