Lyft doesn't have a customer phone number that is answered by an agent. The issue in GetHuman-adgrizza's own words
On Saturday night my girlfriends and I took a ride home in a Lyft. I placed my phone on the seat and forgot to pick it up and did not notice until about ** minutes after and we called my phone repeatedly. At *am the following morning the Lyft driver returned my friend's call and confirmed that she had my phone. My friend told me that they discussed picking it up later that morning since she was still in bed. We then called my phone repeatedly later that morning (she originally returned the call off of my phone at *am) and there was no answer. It then became nightfall and she still would not pick up or contact us in any way. It is now noon on Monday and I am growing concerned she is stealing my phone. Her name was Marissa and the ride was for Lizzy (or Elizabeth) in Raleigh, NC around *:** - *am. Lizzy has now reported the item as lost through the app because we are so concerned that the Lyft never contacted us after Sunday morning to actually meet up and get my phone. I understand there is a return fee and I am willing to pay that. I need my phone back so I am emailing you in hopes that you can contact the driver or give me her information so I can contact her and retrieve my phone. However, just for future riders, I would warn against her unreliability and neglectful attitude towards returning a lost item. I assume full responsibility for leaving the phone and that is not at fault to her, but completely ignoring my friends and I after the original confirmation that she had the phone was immensely inconsiderate and unprofessional.
GetHuman-adgrizza did not yet indicate what Lyft should do to make this right.
