I am very disappointed with Lyft*Service. I ordered a lyft service at JFK airport this evening. After waiting for several minutes Lyft driver called to say he has SUV instead of regular sedan which I had ordered. This seems very unprofessional & I am diapointed. Basically due to stressful state at airports this driver was hoping I would take it anyway. I’m sure this happens frequently. But this is exactly why I use Uber etc. in order to avoid hassles. I know I already wasted lot of time waiting but wasn’t ready to cave in to this trick, so I refused SUV & he started to ask me to cancel ride which I did. I also received a notice from Lyft apologizing for the inconvenience & said no charges will be made. There after I took a taxi & I get a bill for $ ***-This is rdiculous & tarnishes company’s reputation. I would appreciate if Lyft customer service help cancel this charge. More importantly you should monitor this kind of unprofessional stint drivers could be pulling at airports especially.**Best, **Tsering **(***) *** ****
