This morning you failed to send me the exact address, with your reminder to pick up Christina.. I went to the location anyway, per the map you sent me. I was there precisely at **:** PM. No Christina anywhere in sight. Kelton is a short street. You sent me a message that there were "connectivity" issues. There are no connectivity issues where I live. I waited ** minutes, drove up and down the street, honking the horn. Nobody there. I spoke to two people who live on that street. Nobody knows a Christina. *I drove back home. As I was unpacking my car, you sent me a driver request which I was unable to accept because my hands were loaded.*I believe you are harassing me. You estimated my pay for the trip to Lancaster at ca $**.** I expect a full explanation, or in the alternative, to be paid for this bogus trip.*PS I got another ride request from the same person (Christina) for *:**PM. I picked her up on time, but by then she had lost her doctor's appointment in Lancaster. She said LYFT messaged her that the driver had cancelled the original appointment.
