Hi,*This is keerthi rayapuram and I am regular lyft rider, request you to refund my cancel fee charges on july **th **** with *.**$ as I have mentioned the diver was too far and was showing more wait time, and I have cancelled my lyft ride as it was taking lot of time. There was an emergency issue for me to get my destination on time. Please try to look into this issue and think as a concern from my side and refund the amount as it was an emergency issue and carges was applied on my cancellation..
