Help with my Lyft issue

The issue in GetHuman-dinoraca's own words
I ordered a lyft and received a call from the Lyft Driver Anges, she proceeded to yell at me and ask me why i called her and I’m confused as to why she’s asking me this then i hand the phone to my boyfriend who tries to further understand what she’s saying and she asks us where we’re going to and where our location is when i already put it all in the lyft app prior. So then she tells my boyfriend she’s not coming to Missouri (the lyft said she was * mins away) and then hung up on us. I called back because Lyft had already charged my debit card and I wanted to ask how do i get a refund for a lyft ride that i never received and she answered and i explained that we just talked to her and wondered how do we get our money back and she hung up the phone while i was talking! I am infuriated because I’m counting on just a simple ride home after a long flight and this is what i have to deal with! So of course I called an Uber instead and was treated way better! I need to be reimbursed fully and i still don’t understand how u can charge me when a lyft driver was never confirmed!
