I order a lyft ride on ****** at *am for **.**. This ride i did take and it was authorized.On the same day ****** and another ride was ordered. At the same date ****** and same time *am that i did not authorized and canceled this ride and i was charged ** dollars cancellation fee. I did not order * rides at the same time. That doesn't make any sense. Than later another ride was charged to my account for **.** on the same day ****** one hour later at *am. By this time i was already to my distanation and on the bus. This also was an unauthorized charge to my card again. There is no way i would need * rides to get to my distanation.It very hard to dispute a transaction with lyft. You can only do this online.I did file a online dispute to lyft. You can not speak to a customer service agent from lyft. Card ending *****Card holder: Christopher Gradington*These charges took place in a *hr period. Two of those charges were unauthorized. I want the **.** and the **.** cancellation fee reimbursed back to my card
