The issue in GetHuman-cdmagana's own words
On friday night i arrived at union station (los angeles) and ordered a lyft. It was accepted and a driver showed * mins away. After about * mins the driver called me and said he was going to take **-** mins bc he had another passenger . i told him to cancel the service bc i could not wait for him since i have a child w me. He just hung up. I tried to cancel and of course the only option is to cancel w a fee which is stupid bc im paying for a service which i am not using . we used my wifes phone to order a different lyft. I see that i was charged a $* fee bc of that driver. **So , i want to first of all submit a complaint on that driver for not being responsible and also for not cancelling the service himself **Second i would like to be refunded **And third i feel like i need to be compensated for having to go thru this. Also for spending ** mins looking for a cust serv phone for you and having to fill out this long *** complaint for something so simple that should have never happened .*My phone number is **********.
