I requested a ride today with driver Ernesto to Bayonne. Waited and looked at the app and was never picked up by Ernesto but still seeing where he claimed the trip was done for me to be charged. **Unfortunately, I had to request and Uber to get home ** minutes after for the same trip as the site was not allowing me to do anything else but rate Ernesto for the trip that was never received. **Please resolve this matter
