The issue in GetHuman-gerikear's own words
Pay for return Lyft ride. ... Payment for ride to be charged to Visa-**** was declined for unknown reason. MC-**** was used to pay for return trip. I want MC-**** removed from account.
Regular source of payment Visa-**** was declined without explanation. We needed a return ride at that time. I used alternate payment source MC-**** to accomplish the return ride payment. I want to withdraw MC-**** from use for future rides and use only Visa-**** for payment.

I rely on Lyft service. I set up my account as requested and have used Lyft service successfully. I am not responsible for the declined ride payment on Visa-***** Lyft offered no explanation. I have been working at this for hours and I am frustrated. I hope someone is reading this. Customer Service does not seem to be important to Lyft.
