I was charged for a damage claim for vomit in the back of a Lyft. I can provide a request number and any information needed. I am pursuing a dispute against the $*** damage charge as I had told my driver multiple (four) times that I needed him to pull over, along with another passenger of the car requesting to him the same thing even louder and the driver ignored the request until my hand could not hold the vomit back any longer. There was safe opportunity for the driver to pull over, and there was no bag or any other option but to pull over, but it did not happen. The whole situation could have very well been avoided if my request was answered, it's almost as if the driver purposely waited until it was too late so the charge could be made to my account.
GetHuman820905 did not yet indicate what Lyft should do to make this right.

I emailed the customer support team and explained my issue. They did some further investigation and refunded me for the damage claim. This gives me hope that Lyft as a company tries to do the right thing.
