Lyft originally denied my Lyft driver application because I did not have a car. I contacted Lyft support in order to change my vehicle status and reapply.**Ultimately I was told that I failed to clear Lyft's background check and that they automatically send me a copy of the background check in a follow-up email, which I have never received. **Being that I work with a few other rideshare companies that require background checks, plus I never received any kind of follow-up email, or even any further response from the support rep * that the information I received from support was false.**There's a possibility that I made an error with my Lyft application. I tried to reapply with two different emails when the Lyft driver app froze.**I really need to speak with someone who knows what they're talking about? Or at least receive a call back about my background check not clearing?? That is something that I would need to know as soon as possible.**Thanks in advance.
I trust that Lyft will make this right and come up with a resolution that is fair.
