Help with my Lyft issue

The issue in GetHuman-engrmaso's own words
I was double billed by Lyft on *-*-**, when my wife and I had only one Lyft pick up and ride. On the morning of *-*-** my wife had arranged a Lyft pickup at our home. She got messages that the Lyft driver had arrived but no Lyft driver had arrived at our home. I arranged a second Lyft pickup, and the second Lyft driver showed up within ** minutes of my booking. I want a refund for the Lyft charge for the first driver that never showed up at the front of our home. In the past some navigation Aps have taken drivers to the back of our house at a location approximately *** feet behind and *** feet below the back of our back wall. The second Lyft driver told us that is where his Nav Ap took him, but he was smart enough to figure out our home front yard was up on the street above where his Nav Ap took him. So, I want a full refund for the charges for the no-show Lyft driver. David Mason* Susan Mason at Ph:(***)***-****
