The issue in GetHuman-angiemee's own words
We had a horrible experience with our Lyft ride. Our driver was over an hour late at the airport. We and the airport person told him specifically we were in the rideshare area in terminal *. This driver kept driving around. He finally admitted he was in Terminal *. This driving around took over an hour. He also overcharged us. There were * of us and a third passenger in the vehicle sharing a ride. As well, there was no traffic and once we got out of the airport only took approximately ** minutes to get to our location. We were charged all types of add on fees when we should have shared less than $** which showed up. We complained and the driver did not understand. His name was Michael driving a white Kia Forte. He admitted he did not know or understand the airport and would need someone to take him through the airport as a drive through. It was a very depressing experience and we were overcharged as well. Please give us a refund as he wasted our time and overcharged us!! I had an early morning meeting today and wasting an hour because of an incompetent driver is unacceptable. We usually use SuperShuttle while in different cities and tried Lyft. What a disaster.*SOLUTION: REFUND
